After working nearly for two decades; both in corporate and sustainability segment, he left his lucrative job in Bangalore and came back to Odisha to share the experienced & skill gained with his own community. He is a Rex Karmaveer Fellow-2018-2019 and conferred with the Social Entrepreneur Award in 2017 by ET NOW-Mumbai for his outstanding contribution in the field of sustainability & social entrepreneurship. He has won many awards and recognition especially in the field of fundraising and resource mobilisation.

Raj Laxmi Dash

Co-Founder & COO

A confident and highly organized development and administrative professional with over 8 years of work experience having a master’s degree in law. With years of work, She has always exhibited her inclination towards working in the fields of child rights and child protection. She believes, running an organization is like raising a child, it takes a lot of strategic and emotional efforts along with technologically advanced steps to make an impact in the society.

A mother of 2 young kids, naturally approachable with a friendly but professional persona, Raj Laxmi has always believed in acquiring in-depth knowledge in the fields she has worked and peruse happiness. Rajlaxmi is currently spearheading the operations of ORF from the Corporate office in Bhubaneswar as the Chief Operating Officer. She plays a leading role in the organizational design & development, resource management, program strategy and M & E. She has been instrumental in scaling up ORF’s various programs across Odisha State through innovative partnership and collaborative approach.

Banajayatshana Pradhan

Program Manager (Western Odisha)

Banajayatshana Pradhan lives in Sambalpur with her family. After completing master’s in social work, she always wanting to serve people in distress. She is very compassionate towards her own community and that triggered her to take up a professional course on social work. Earlier she was working as a teacher and understand the pulse of the children and that is why she loves interacting with children and implement right based projects for them.

She is working as a Program Manager with ORF and takes care of the Wester Odisha Development Projects. Her husband is a reputed social entrepreneur who encourages her to be more grounded with the community while transforming them. Her experience is making lots of difference in our program delivery and documentations.

Alok Kumar Parichha

Program Manager

Alok Kumar Parichha is a social worker by nature. He spent his entire youths volunteering for different causes in his own community and that triggered him to take up a professional course on social work. He has a master’s degree in social work now. He loves to live among the people and therefore he stays in a slum with his family to work for the betterment of the people around. He has worked with state, national & international organizations and have gained experiences in the field of community mobilization, program management and networking with different stakeholders. He is working as a Program Manager with ORF, taking care of our urban development projects in almost 50 slums of Bhubaneswar. He is very keen on developing his digital and communications skills so that he can communicate his idea of change to the larger audience in a professional but meaningful way.

Ranjit Singh


Ranjit Kumar Singh is a professionally trained social worker and an experienced development practitioner. He has over twenty-three years’ experience in programme planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, project appraisal, research and capacity development in grant making and implementing organization. The development sectors he has worked with are: education, health care and nutrition, livelihoods, sustainable agriculture, women empowerment, promotion of community- based institutions, child rights, vocational training, disaster management, waste management and environment promotion, prevention of trafficking among girls/women, and care and support for HIV/AIDS infected and affected people. He was associated with Christ University as Programme Manager for seven years and spearheaded many people based development paradigms worth replicating. He has worked with scheduled caste, scheduled tribe/ethnic minority and socio-economically backward in slums and rural areas in all across the country. Currently, he is and independent development consultant and freelancing to many agencies on proposal development, fund-raising, evaluation, documentation and research on range of issues.
