Mr. Nirbhay Lumde

Director, Corporate Social Responsibility – CGI, Asia Pacific Region

Mr. Lumde serves as the Corporate Social Responsibility Lead for CGI Asia Pacific. A professional with over 19 years of work experience in the areas of technology, education, women empowerment and sustainable initiatives. A graduate in Political Science and an alumnus of IIT Bombay.

Mr. Lumde is a Certified ‘Systems Thinking’ leader from Cornell University. And an author of a book: ‘Corporate Social Responsibility in India: A Practitioner’s Perspective’ and contributed multiple chapters in the areas of Tech4Good and Tech4Education He is also an eminent Columnist with CSR journals: CSRTimes.Com, IndiaCSR.In and TheCSRJournal.

He has been a prestigious awardee of the CSR Author of the Year Award 2018 & CSR Professional of the Year Award 2016.

CA. Ketoki Basu

Ketoki is a Registered Valuer, IBBI, Independent Director, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with a specialization in Financial Strategy from the Open University Business School, UK.

She has more than 3 decades of experience in Accounting, Management Consultancy and Training, having held various positions in corporate houses, consulting firms, and educational institutions.

She is currently an Independent Director, Raichur Power Corporation Ltd (a joint venture between BHEL and KPCL). She has successfully cleared the proficiency examination conducted by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). Ketoki is a speaker at conferences and workshops organized by professional bodies besides being a regular faculty for courses at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. For the last few years, she has been a jury member for FKCCI’s business plan competition MANTHAN. She also trains corporate executives at various levels of management in different aspects of Finance and Accounting.

Ketoki, is Founder, Ketoki Basu & Associates (www.ketokibassociates.com), a Bangalore based firm that deals with financial strategy, product costing, business planning besides other financial support functions. The firm works with organizations of diverse functions, from start-ups to mid-size and assists organizations in the finance function.

I’m a polymath with an obsession for learning. Professionally, I’ve been a software engineer, writer, and photographer. I’ve started 7 businesses, two of which are still operating – Power Level Studios and Forest Co. Most of my work experience resolves around my software engineering career and more recently around my writing career.

Shri. EL YANGER AIER

(Advisor- Environment & Sustainability)

Mr. El Yanger Aier is a ‘forester’ by profession. After a short stint of working with the Govt. of Nagaland and Banking service (2 years in SBI as PO), he joined the Indian Forest Service in 1988.

Allotted to Odisha cadre, he worked in Odisha for the past 33 years (covering all the districts of Odisha), before his retirement on 31st December 2020. His favorite area of work is the community empowerment & community participation in biodiversity conservation. When he was a DFO, he spearheaded a team of community in successfully conserving and managing Blackbucks and peacocks in Ganjam district of Odisha.

Recognising their commendable efforts, the Government of Odisha awarded them the highest Forestry Award during the year 2005 & 2006 consecutively. At the time of his retirement, Sri Aier was the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests – cum – Director (Commercial) and Director (Operation) of Odisha Forest Development Corporation – the oldest and the largest Forest Corporation in India.

Mr. Salil Mohanty

Mr. Salil Mohanty is a Senior Vice President at one of the world’s leading investment banking, securities and investment management firms. He has over 22 years of experience in Operational transformation in the manufacturing, technology infrastructure and financial services domains.

Since the past 2 years he has been working with people from the LGBTQ+ community through his role as a leader of the LGBTQ+ Network in his firm, where he is focused on empowering the people from the community through training and employment opportunities.

Salil has roots in Odisha, was born and raised in Gujarat and has been living in South India since 2004.
